Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is slated to star in a courtroom-themed reality TV show that would premiere next year, according to people involved in the show's production.

"The producers of the show confirm to ABC that [Palin] has signed a production deal for a courtroom show. A pilot will be shot first," ABC News' Shushannah Walshe reported Tuesday.
