My job is weird. I love the environment, culture and compensation, but the days drag because I don't have a lot of work to do. Silly complaint, I know, but there it is. I'm having coffee this evening with a guy who made me an offer before I accepted the job I have now to talk shop. Draw your own conclusions.
I've been taking piano lessons for a few months and that's going well, but my efforts to learn Spanish via DuoLingo have dwindled in the past couple of weeks. I'll resume soon.
I'm doing keto because I want to lose weight. It's challenging but I'm hanging in there.
I decided to resume community college classes toward that degree I might get some day because it had been a few years (oops, eight) since I last took a class. So I'm enrolled in Philosophy 101 and Speech Communication. So far they are interesting enough.
I'm still doing Pilates a couple times a week but looking to add more exercise to my life.
I'm on the organizing committee for a local tech conference again this year.
Huh, when I write this all out it sounds like I'm a really busy, productive member of society yet I feel like the vast majority of my time is spent in front of a TV.
