Man, it's good to see you back, and those are some good coping skills. I've mostly been just limiting my exposure to national news and doing the normal things I always do, but I like your idea a lot.
I used to read books all the time, but I just sort of slowly switched over to reading things online, and it's just not as good. Too much non-fiction, too many distractions, and not enough full immersion book reading.
