Delaware is notorious amongst acupuncturists as being a state where the existing board of acupuncture is full of acupuncturists who refuse to license any one who applies to get a license. We have national competency tests and many state have extra requirements, but Delaware. They got a board and said, screw anyone else, this state is ours.
