Oow, considering the price I've seen in the past for full tilt shifts, that not only seems like a deal but based on the photos you posted gives nice results.
(Eta: for those wondering, tilt and shift are about how the image hits the flat sensor plane and both were easy and an artifact of large format bellows cameras but much more complicated when adding fancy technology. In simple, Tilt is how the focal point hits the plane whereas shift is how perspective hits the plane. Shift is commonish in large scale architectural and engineering photos, making a square building appear truely square in the image even when shot from bellow, instead of converging and appearing to shrink as it gets higher.)
