So, roughly 1/2 the judgement - I wonder if this implies Judge Engoron thinks it's a reasonable chance the fine will be reduced on appeal. Maybe it's just that he wants to make sure that Trump gets his appeal (
if he can come up with $175 million) to make sure that the ruling stays unimpeachable.
