To be clear, that's 60 wire transfers to Russian embassies the world over. That's a bit less obvious what it's for, particularly since 2016 was also a Russian election year. A lot of it's probably dirty money, question is, whose dirty money? Where'd it go? It's interesting but not incriminating, unfortunately.
