Legislative meltdown: House ends session early | April 28, 2015 | Staff Report | HT Politics
This is what we get for electing (and re-electing) a crook as governor. It's kind of karma at this point. Our government is pretty much every bit an embarrassment as Congress is by now.
Sadly, this meltdown leaves the fates of dozens of bills up in the air, including a bill that would have banned revenge porn (I'm not clear on whether it was passed or not; it cleared the Senate but I don't know whether the House passed it before leaving session).
edit: lol the poll at the top of the article has 89% of people saying the House did not make the right choice by ending its session early. You
never get agreement that widespread in politics.
