I made a Frittata Chorizo 2.0 for breakfast this morning. I know it looks a lot like the Frittata Marinara 3.0, but it is completely different. By completely different I mean that I replaced the andouille sausage with chorizo, the mozzarella with manchego, the feta cheese with queso fresco, the avocado quarters with guacamole and the Italian seasonings with a little chili powder. I also added some bacon as a garnish. The rest of the ingredients (i.e. potatoes, tomatoes, eggs, onion, olives, mushrooms, bell peppers, sour cream, etc.) are the same. Why, you ask, did you include bacon? Because bacon makes everything better. Duh! I suppose that you are also wondering what happened to version 1.0. Although it tasted just fine I wasn't satisfied with how it looked so I am not posting a picture of it.
Here it is in the pan.

And here it is plated and ready to eat.
