In Portland you would be protected as a cisgender white male already.
Laws that protect trans people would protect cis people at the same time. Likewise, as a male you are protected from gender discrimination, and as a white person, you are protected from racial discrimination.
This is, however, a little bit like the laws against sleeping under bridges applying to the rich and poor alike, especially in the case of being protected against anti-cisgender discrimination (which, uh... I have not exactly heard of this happening in any workplace).
But it's cool that they're making protections for atheism/unbelievers explicit. No word games about atheism not being a religion so it's not protected, etc.
