Go. Give notice at work. Buy a good sleeping bag and a vehicle that will take you (and Dempsey, right?) places. Muse and see the continent until the $ runs out. Then write a book and live happily ever after.

Thanks you guys.... I will know more in just a few minutes (re: full asking or not. It's not helping matters that the roof over the kitchen practically caved in after last week's rain, but we shall see what they say!

You can always move into the Wobbly-Box with me Lauri. Of course, you'll have to wear curlers in your hair at all hours, and probably downgrade your vehicle, but may just a few dents will do. It would help if you could listen to more country music, vote fer Shrub, and jess generally be a gooder 'Merican! But ...Oh well, I make a lousy salesman.
What did you have in mind to do when you sold the house? Are you looking for a new one, planning on renting, or perhaps travelling after all?

Meep! Sorry for not coming back sooner, guys - I was over there for several hours and fell asleep as soon as I got home! 
No decision yet, they are going to discuss it more over the weekend and we'll probably figure it out the early part of next week.
