overLIB: Tooltips for Your Site

After posting about a favorite site of mine, I was inspired to investigate one of its coolest little features: the tooltip-like popups sprinkled all over the place.

Turns out, it's a fabulous little bit of freeware called overLIB. It seems highly customizable, and for all you clever webmaster types, I imagine it could come in quite handy.

Is it actually some horrendous piece of crap that only an ignoramus like me could like, or is it as cool as it looks?
