Ah, no.
Girl because you're an auntie. Otherwise, you'd be an uncle.

Congratulations, CT! Now on to the fun part!
Also, my training has been extended. Which would be fine, but my co-trainee is driving me a teensy bit crazy.

So, CT, once you get your pilot's license are you going to switch to Airborne Armor?

No, now the Sheridans are gone, there basically is no more Airborne Armor.

Re: Member News Discussion
Well then, it is about time someone introduced some flying tanks. Talk about a flying wedge offense!

Re: Member News Discussion
Go back to WWII. The Russians in particular tried a few different methods.
The US just built a small tank to put into a glider. Unfortunately, the US didn't have a glider big enough to carry it, so they gave them to the British.
The British did have a glider big enough to carry their little tank, so they used the US tanks as well.
The Russians, being a pragmatic lot, couldn't figure out what was the point of building a glider to haul a tank. Why not just strap wings to the tank, and turn it into a glider?
However, after two test flights (which, according to the vict...volunteer pilot actually demonstrated good airworthiness), they decided that even this was a waste of effort and expense, and in future, they'd just drop the tank from a bomber.
