Given that the English speaking Americas insist on doing things a little bit different from the rest of the Anglosphere, one might suggest there still be some sort of standardization in terminology. Take 'aluminum' (Aloominum) and 'aluminium' (All you mini um). For consistency's sake one would expect 'yallminium'. I look forward to this modest suggestion's implementation.
