Season 4 starts January 17th and I still haven't seen season 3 because I only started watching it on Netflix a few months ago. FX better do a marathon before the new season or I'ma be mad.
FX did rerun season 3 but in a stupid offensive way (ie, skipping eps) so I got the Blu-Ray. So much greatness lies within. The one with Mallory and the Italian PM almost killed me. I'm on the last episode of season 3 while the first episode of season 4 awaits on my DVR.
For people who have watched it on FX, is it censored?
I love this show. I was a huge Frisky Dingo fan, and I was glad to see this coming from Adam Reed. The first season was strong, but I think it really found its voice when Pam started to become a prominent character. I love Pam.
I'm not crazy about all the story arcs, and the show seems to do best in relatively stand-alone episodes, like the Italian Prime Minister. Obviously there are exceptions, e.g. terms of enrampagement.
Season 4 opened relatively strong; better than the mini-arc at the end of Season 3. I'm avoiding those spoilers liv poasted upthrad.

I don't think so. They come right out and say "shit" so unless there are f-bombs or full nudity on the DVD, I don't think its censored.
I was playing a lot of Champions Online while season one was playing, so it took most of the season for me to realize how good Archer is. I could type my fingers down to nubs before I could explain all the reasons why this is a must watch. I am even starting to enjoy Barry.
I found a co-worker who also watches Archer and she sits right across the cube aisle from me. We get free breakfast on Fridays and last week pastries were provided and she made a bear claw joke that I recognized as being from Archer and we did that squeal that fans do when a fan meets a fan comin thro' the rye. Today I walked past her cube and somebody had dropped a Goldfish cracker in front of it, so I picked it up and was all "This is how you get ants!" So yeah, we're gonna have to be pretty careful about what we quote.
