Yes, of course time exists.

Accurate clocks all display the same time. What are these clocks measuring if it's not time? And if you say time doesn't exist then you need to explain how all the clocks mysteriously keep in synch with each other.

Using clocks, we can actually measure time to a much greater accuracy than we can other physical things like length, weight, temperature and so on. A cheap quartz clock can easily measure accurately to one part in 100,000 or better - try doing that with a measuring tape or a weighing scale. In fact whenever engineers want to measure anything accurately, their first thought is how they can somehow convert the thing they're trying to measure into a time - which they know they can then measure easily.
