we just played a clip of her saying:

"We want not only a world free of nuclear weapons, we want a Middle East free of nuclear weapons, including everyone"

So basically she meant to say "We not only want a Middle East free of nuclear weapons, we want a world free of nuclear weapons", and got her clauses in the wrong order.

Big fucking deal. (And I am decidedly not one of her fans, so this really does express my honest opinion of your non-story.)

Good to see that the Canadian media is just as paltry and content-free as its neighbors to the south.

Now, if you really want to shake things up, get her into an interview with your station and ask her if a "Middle East free of nuclear weapons" includes the only Middle Eastern country known to have nuclear weapons—Israel.

Seriously, ITSOZAZ, what's your point here? HRC uttered a sentence that, taken at face value, seems to be crazy gibberish (implying that the Middle East is not part of the world). It has been pointed out that, if you swap the order of the two very similarly constructed clauses in the sentence, it instead expresses a very reasonable sentiment. Do you think that it is not likely that she simply mixed the two clauses up as she was speaking? If not, then what conclusion are you trying to draw?
