I hadn't thought of that, but isn't the idea of someone watching you all the time an old one?
From the Christmas song, "Santa Claus is coming to town"

"He sees you when you're sleeping
He knows when you're awake
He knows if you've been bad or good
So be good for goodness sake!"

That is terrible, Not even music. Now I'm going to try to un-hear that. I'll listen to some really good Christmas music.

Do you notice that the candles don't flicker as they sing, that is really good breath control.

Now I'm trying to figure out which is worse, Cthulhu or Santa Claus. I can identify with Cthulhu, but Santa and I are much too different.

How can we be certain that three Magi were men and not women?

If they had been women they would not have brought gold, frankincense and myrrh for a baby. They would have brought practical gifts like maybe a casserole, diapers and a onesie.

The KJV states "Men", so the impractical gifts are understandable, but I will verify from the original language. Besides, in that time only men were educated in astrology, it's only recently that women became fortune tellers, except for a few women cursed with the gift of foresight.

Frankincense and myrrh were used for medicinal purposes, so maybe for Mary, not the baby.

Maybe you were supposed to rub the myrrh under your nose before changing diapers, like CSI's in TV shows who use Vics to avoid smelling bodies.
