Re: Name This Kitten
Before watching the video I chosed Kotek from the list of provided nymes because, you know, . But LadyShea made a good point. It does sound like a feminine product and we just can't have that can we! So then I watched the video and I wanted to call her Batty. Because that's what she was doing with the moo-cow. Also she's prolly seen things you wouldn't believe.

Re: Name This Kitten
So pretty! Is she totally black? She looks really soft. She looks like my friend's cat Freya (named after the Norse goddess).
She doesn't look like a Squirrel to me. I would call her Shade or Soot.

She has some areas of smokey grey, namely her adorable chest ruff and her tummeh. Greying happens like that over generations of black cats. You have to introduce an orange cat into the line to get the rich all-black back. Of course she won't be making sweet love to any orange fellas, as adorable as her babies would be, and besides the grey accents are beautiful.
She is really soft! Chickenpanther feels like velvet (hence her use name of "Velvet") while kitten feels like angora.

Re: Name This Kitten
Oh? You actually have a cat already named panther? Sorry, did not read everything, I guess. Panth is (to me) a beautiful, soft name, so I would name her something that reminds me of softness, without too much hiss in it. Thurn, maybe, or Mothra.

Re: Name This Kitten
Now that you mention it, Angora would be a really good name for the kitten.

Until I corrected myself, I thought you meant Endora.
By which I mean I thought Angora was the character's name until I was a-googlin.

Re: Name This Kitten
Angora makes my eyeballs itchy. Cashmere is softer, anyway, but that makes her sound sexually licentious, no not that. Cash Money would be a good name for that cat, though. You could pronounce is KAJ Money or regular.
Or Goat. Goat would also be a good name for that cat. Kaj Goat.
I also like Squirrel and Tampon.

Qindai's inspired idea in chat with some crowdsourced mods: Francesco Antonio José de Squirrel y Batmán, Archbishop of Tampon, Meerkat of Spain, and Ambassador of King Charles IV to the Holy Goat, Esq.

Re: Name This Kitten
Francesco Antonio José de Squirrel y Batmán, Archbishop of Tampon, Meerkat of Spain, and Ambassador of King Charles IV to the Holy Goat, Esq is the public name. Batman is her disguise identity.

Obviously, I have to go with the Primate inspired name. Before I had wanted to suggest RAWRBeast.

Re: Name This Kitten
I like Angora and Cashmere to go with Velvet. Those are elegant if they suit her. Or Minky, if her personality is more on the silly/piquant side. Though, Urban Dictionary says that is a term for a vagina. As she is a girl pussy, that wouldn't bother me though.
What about Minx? Jinx is a good name for a black cat. Minx the Jinx.

Re: Name This Kitten
Cat?
I'll have to watch the video again. I was too busy admiring the exquisitely clean hardwood floors to notice any cat.
That kinda of supernaturally clean hardwood floor requires a very specialized broom, I can tell you.
