Apparently a great deal, with furthering education incentives, health care and all that.

Coal, natural gas, and water for California. About half of the water in the Colorado River, which is down to a trickle by the time it gets to Mexico, comes from Wyoming. Billions of cubic feet of natural gas per day move through pipes to Nevada and California markets. Wyoming is the #1 coal producing state by a fairly wide margin.

Re: Member News Discussion
The banks always pay in these cases. They are terrified of possible lawsuits that might expose a general security problem with credit cards.

I don't know about Air Force, but in the Army, the signature scavanger hunt is when you leave base.
I remember last time I was in Knox, the class was preparing to leave post, and we were driving all over the base. We'd flag each other down at intersections as we recognised cars and ask each other "Have you found the Provost Martial's office?" or "Where the hell is the MWR Recreational Vehicle Storage Lot?" About thirty places we needed signatures from, and we didn't even know most of them existed.

This wasn't even a credit card: just an old-fashioned ATM card that REQUIRES a PIN. Since Mrs. ShottleBop and I both had our cards with us (the last of the withdrawals occurred while we were a couple of hundred miles away), I'd want the bank to explain why it gave OUR money to an unauthorized third party.
