Oh, no. They can always get it again, so you really do need them on the preventative, especially in places with lots of mosquitos. But I THINK the treatment for heartworm cures them of that instance. (I've heard of older dogs and dogs with advanced cases not being curable, though.)

You are going to have to get used to living in Bulldawg country. Seriously!! Although I will say something blasphemous in that I think UGA should have brown under his clothes, and that when he is not wearing his clothes he is a very naked wittle puppy! All white bulldawg is not right.
I love bulldogs of all kinds though.

Re: Miscellany
It's all hazy and orange outside, like it gets when there are wildfires nearby, plus for some reason there's an unusual number of really big dead bugs outside, and there is this one bee out there fucking around with their corpses.
It's just a stupid, creepy day today.

Well, I hope at least you wound up in one of John Carpenter's better flicks, rather than one of his really shitty ones.

Re: Miscellany
Somehow, I misplaced about four hours of this stupid and ridiculous day. I thought it was like noon, and I looked up, and: FOUR.
Well, HA! I didn't want those dumb miserable hours anyway, so I win.

That naked gardening thread keeps making me think about this:
Maybe it won't be as bad if I can make you guys think about it too.

So I was looking at some memory on Amazon, and it was like, "Oh hey. Hi. Here's a big old gallon jug of soap you should probably also buy!"
