Default Other holiday menus
So for the Saturday between southern hemisphere Summer Solstice and Christmas Eve - which seems like damn fine holiday to me - I'm about to start making pan-fried fish with steamed asparagus, polenta fries and hollandaise sauce with chopped fresh tomatoes and avocado.

Coincidentally, this is Ninjamas (ninjajuhla) in Finland. Which I am missing this year.
A fairly traditional Finnish Christmas menu is normally prepared.
