Over protective US
According to Wikipedia, Our army is deployed in more than 150 countries around the world, with more than 369,000 of its 1,580,255 active-duty personnel serving outside the United States and its territories.
I can understand keeping an eye on Germany, Japan, Italy, and all other countries we don't trust, but none of the others that pose no threats.

Only for gods sake Doc X, can we forego the appropriate NBL if he does? I do not wish to show pictures of my cats to eyeballs soiled by what you would have to trawl through...
