That Reagan/Bush I-appointed federal judge in California just ruled that Prop 8 is unconstitutional. :slide:

Haven't seen the decision yet. Don't hold your breath, there will probably be a stay for appeal. This mofo is headed to SCOTUS after a 9th circuit detour.

I hope the judge has police protection.
