A friend of a coworker got a tornado warning in TX.

Our 20% eclipse here looks like a complete bust. We're about 2 minutes away from max coverage and we still have thick cloud cover.

I looked "directly" at the Sun! (I think, I couldn't actually see it.)

It's oddly warm and clear here so I used walking to the store to get a tomato plant as an excuse to get outside. The quality of light was nicely odd and I'm told if I'm lucky my "tomato" will grow up to consume all of humanity, we can only hope.

I also saw two people wearing Twilight: Eclipse shirts.
