Can a fugitive use a two turn ticket and go to a node already occupied node while en route to his destination with the second move? For instance if the fugitive is at one wirh a detective at two, can he stop at two while making his way to three or would a detective being in his path block him from that route?

No. If the fugitive ever occupies the same space as a detective he is caught. Even when using a 2x ticket.

For clarification it is ok for Lessifer to go to 105 this turn since Nightson is leaving 105 this turn and the detectives more or less travel simultaneously each turn.

Thanks, I was wondering about.
