Hmmm I think I probably don't count as we are mere blow-ins. I don't speak Frisian and my family is actually from elsewhere in the Netherlands. On the other hand I DO speak a little west-frisian dialect. Which is a form if Dutch. And not spoken in Frisia. Unless you count West-frisia, which is in North Holland.

I don't speak Frisian and my family is not from that part of the Netherlands. I do however speak a few words of Afrikaans which is most emphatically not a form of Dutch, and is also not spoken in Frisia.
