What role does this Press n Seal you speak of play in the making of the bread?

It's better than the plastic wrap over the bowl. I have a bowl that plastic wrap hates to adhere(?) to.

Tonight I'm making herb roasted pork loin with roasted asparagus and garlic and also a baked potato for the hubby. And I'm sure we'll have some sugar cookies too if I can get them all made this afternoon :hyperb:

Was that already in the horde and I just missed it? And it's on stage two of baking, it looks lovely!

Edit: n/m, found it in the Smiliedome.

It was rillyrillyrilly good! Had it with tomato and basil soup. Ate most of it. Soooo full.

I do have a question, though. Next time I make it, I want to make it with rosemary and possibly Parmesan. Do you think that would affect the way the dough rests/rises?

Yay! I think adding rosemary and parmesan is a great idea. It won't affect the rising/resting at all. Go for it!

I don't know what I was thinking. Came in from working in the barn all day and pulled out the "Freezer to Oven" boneless turkey roast. Opened the bag the turkey breast was in another bag. So I just cut it open and placed it on the foil in the roasting pan, no problem, right? Oven preheated to 325 ready to go....put the turkey in the oven then read the instructions. It will now take two hours to cook and it states" do not take turkey breast out of oven baking bag".....What? I just thought it was more protection so the meat would not get freezer burn. Hopefully it won't be a problem and maybe that is why it could go from freezer to oven because of the intense heat the bag would give to the turkey breast. Well, Ding is not going to be a happy camper, cause dinner will not be ready when he gets home:sadcheer:
