So there I was doing the diagnostics on the upstairs computer when I think I hear something dripping.
Well I come down stairs and get the flashlight, go back up and look in the closet.
aYup. Water leaking in around the furnace/ water heater vent stack.
I think we may need a roofer on this one.

Oh, fuck, fuck, fuck. Fuck. I've had this tiny little lump at the back of my jawline for the last couple days. I didn't know what it was, but now that it's bigger and more painful, I think I do.
Fucking stealth abscess. I had one once about 15 years ago, in almost the same exact spot. At that time it had crept down a back tooth canal and didn't have an accompanying toothache because the nerve was dead. I have a cap on that tooth. Once again, no toothache, just this lump of swelling. I'll make the appointment for x-rays today.
This probably means removing the cap and getting yet another root canal in that fucking tooth. This'll probably be the third in the same goddamned fucking stupidass tooth. Shit.

computer died yesterday. Wouldn't turn on at all. I think it was the power supply, but all the other problems made me disinclined to get it repaired. New computer now, mostly set up.
