I have. It's a terrible, terrible setup for anything but speed games (like, chat room or EpicMafia), because unless there's a random lucky doc/blocker save, someone dies without ever getting to play. I will never run OR play a Night-starting game on a message board because of that.
There is a slight town advantage to the setup, however. Most Day 1 lynches are at least somewhat random, and therefore more often than not you get a dead townie. The existence of "Night 0" gives the town a night to use their power roles with everyone still alive.
