Once somebody goes into office, as a minister of Defence for example he or she does not know shit, and has to be nurtured.

Choose the best of men and women of the country to govern the land of the United States of America!!

Later on the chosen ministers of all the departements will choose a chairman or a chairwoman...........for having a update, no more one choice one voice, but all voices count !!

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS "WORKING TOGETHER" GUYS AND DOLLS ??

SUCH IDIOCY WHEN A PARTY VOTES "NAY" WHEN EVERYBODY VOTES "AYE"

IN THEIR HEARTS, only to barricade the democrats.......ACTUALLY ONE PARTY VOTES IN THIS MANNER MORE THAN THE OTHER.....of course the Republicans !!

As i said choose the best of men and women of the country to fulfill the departments ministership

Instead of choosing a obscure party where all their members get to play being a minister.........
Do it the right way and let every candidate apply for the job......

Two parties is still too much..........no parties at all !!!

Letting the people choose the ministers is the right and only way.

This way is your spreading width most wide and is there room for error.

And we are still not choosing a party, never ever again actually......

Applying a job for being a president is silly, maybe indeed a chairman, a leader of some sort, but not one man or woman making a descision.....

Having on a resume where what party you are for is of course trivial. you apply for example minister of defence, where a democrat or a republican is just not needed.

Getting together and having it out and reasoning and of course coming to a solid conclusion is the way to do it.
Where the two wilderbeasts democry and republcy were deep amongst them....

Having no party is of course having no discrimination, none what so ever......

Even a KKK member maybe the minister of defence just as long he or she stays in line and does the job, good is good. So to speak.....

THE PEOPLE is the opposition, the voters for a new law etc , going along the way, looking at very important and looking at something everybody can vote too, are delegates in every state.

We still have the regular jobs like mayor , but being a party member is over and out !!

Every possible able man and woman work together now..............

2016 is a perfect year how ugly it can go , on voting merely on words to go from there and start a new government again, which is actually insane....
