People who have logged in in the past 3 months, iirc. Most of them are spammers who didn't make it past the moderation queue.

It is, but them's the breaks, I'm afraid. The ratio of human to spammer registrations has been 1 to 50 ever since they figured out how to break Captcha, hence that unfortunately profile spamming incident when I let down my guard. It's actually better than it was thanks to that hack raven hooked me up with.
