I didn't want to piss off step on Limoncello's toes, but I did finded this recipe for same.

No olives or hummus and the addition of almond meal. No bruschetta topping.

I've used almond flour to make faux biscuits before and while they came out delicious, I'd be concerned that it wouldn't retain moisture in a meatloaf the way bread crumbs do. Still, it's a handy sub for low carbers.
