When you are logged in it looks how, exactly? Also, are you using the liquid FF style or one of the fixed width ones?

Ahhh I see, I noticed the odd alignment in Corona's profile too but I assumed it was the way he wanted it to look. I switched to the left column setting and the popup window is now properly aligned. It's interesting how when in the top mode, the quick quote button disappears entirely.

Corona, can you try adding an extra empty line after your gif in the signature? That might help the rendering engine to line up the page elements properly.

All he needs to do is right align it. Again, I'm not sure what the point of the float code is in the sig since there is no text on the other side.

Still, I wonder why it only renders correctly in leftworld. I switched to top :shudder: and it looks just like Ensign Steve's screenie.

It's gotta be something wonky in the float code. This sounds like a job for ... vm man! :superfly:

This is the first case I can think of where something works better in leftie layout than topper. This is clearly a sign of the end times.

Corona's sig is neatly right-aligned above the quote buttons for me, in firefox, and always has been afair.

I can live with that. It isn't as if I actually have to see that perversion myself after all.

My sig is about 10K. Me no think any board admin will set such limit happily.

Anyway, my sig is now hosted on or near FF's servers. Try again, JD?

Right. No clue what I'm doing. :p What's the difference between float=right and right-align, and how's one do the latter in bbcode?

Resize the window and the sig stays stuck to the right side.

Okay, it's definitely a postbit issue. Oddly enough, in this case it works correctly in the legacy postbit (where hacks are usually broken), and incorrectly in the default postbit.

The float code is used when you want an image on one side and text right across from it. I've gone ahead and replaced the float tags in your sig with right alignment tags (just {right} and {/right} with square brackets instead of the swirly ones) so everything should be hunky dory now for everyone. :)

Posting on my Macbook Pro now with that same verison of Safari... sorry to say no problems to report for me. Although the forums feel like they load slower in Safari than Firefox.

Okay, you are unhidden, and it doesn't seem to be slowing the page down noticably. I was having a bad day for bandwidth the day it was giving me trouble, though, and not so much today, so consider yourself on a trial period.

Corona688's looks fine now, too.
