I've been playing Draw My Thing every chance I get. Fortunately I can't play it though the work firewall, or I'd be so fired.

Dude, this takes it to a whole new level.

They've got a "flagging" system where you can effectively cry "uncle" by flagging for 2nd, 3rd or whatever place is available, after which the game will make sure that you cannot attain higher than that position by kicking you out if there are only x players left standing. i.e. If you flag 2nd, you will be forcibly resigned when there are 2 players left. Since you accumulate points allowing you to play more tables, 2nd is still a fair go.

This introduces interesting dynamics. If you're in a situation you clearly can't win but have a fair amount of turf, you can flag 2nd and the leaders will generally turn their attention to each other instead of attacking you, secure in the knowledge that you can't possibly win (although someone else who wants second might keep trying to nail you).

The chat function also introduces layers of diplomacy, with people often making and breaking alliances, sometimes even from the start of the game.

Soooo addictive.

Weird. Maybe try to join a different group? If you did the quick match thing, you might have been joined up with people who got confused and wandered away.

That's an awesome game. Thanks ES.

I've been playing a ton of tower defence games. I found this site the other day Tower Defence.net, for your tower defence games Try Gemcraft or Warzone. Whiteboard Tower Defence is cool too. I think Bubblebox games hosts that.

Tower Defence.net got hacked. They had this message up:

Quote:
We have been hacked, sorry for the trouble. All files have been removed from the server, so we will start with a new (clean) code again. If you liked this site, and have some tips how we can take legal actions against our hackers, please send us an email trough ezo.wietse@gmail.com.

That dice game reminds me of risk and my utter domination of the world.

There are several online Risk variants:

Although I must say I prefer the actual play dynamic of kdice.
