But only in Firefox. I can see them in IE. It was working normally when I got home, then I installed a Windows Update and when I rebooted I was hosed.

I can't even tell you how motherfucking irritated I am.

Ye olde has been broken since Firefox 1.5 was released. That's part of the reason I still use 1.0.7.

Shortly on the heels of installing 1.5, my laptop crashed. Ever since I got it working again, I have been afraid to fuck with Firefox again. Meanwhile, I've been putting up with it forgetting its settings--open browser, make it full screen, take away Navigator toolbar, take away Wizz toolbar, take away Google toolbar; do it all again the next time browser opens--and losing my built-in Google search engine and, lest we forget, no more "Q".

You probably can't tell but I'm rather frustrated.

That is a relief to know. See that is why I use Mozilla. How can a browser cache become corrupted, though?

Actually it's more likely that the file was corrupted in her cache, so clearing the cache forced her to download it from the server again.

Not only that, but I'm pretty sure Mr. Gates doesn't have anything to do with Firefox.

Unless he's somehow sabotaging the comptetion's product.


Either way, Firefox, Mozilla and SeaMonkey all suck ass these days. It's a great shame.

And M$ is way too slow in developing tabbed browsing, which I miss desperately.

I just used Q on your post hehe. It's a quoting utility created by the admins to make quoting even easier with the "post quick reply" option. If you look at the lower right corner you'll see both "quote and "Q" buttons. If you want to quote a part from a post or break it up into several quotes, you just highlight the text you want and click Q. The text'll show up in the quick reply box quoted and all ready for you.
