On vacation out in Bend, Oregon, I had the Bacon Waffle at The Original Pancake House restaurant there.
TOPH MenuBacon Waffle Our golden brown waffle baked with real bits of bacon. Served with whipped butter and hot syrup.

It were delicious. So were the coconut pancakes.

Oh, and I had a side order of thick-sliced bacon with it too. Life was good.
