Eye strain while gaming

I'm suffering from eye strain whenever i play games and watching monitor. So I've planned to buy some blue light blocking gaming glasses. I read about a plenty of glasses and its usage from a certain site. Here i shared the link you. Can you take a look and suggest me a glass guys?

So it’s probably not worth pointing out that Blue light isn’t the cause of eye strain but instead late night restlessness and blue blocking glasses are for improving your sleep pattern, or for *outdoor* contrast enhancement. Eye strain is often due to physical strain on the muscles controlling your pupil and lens.

Besides blocking 1/3rd of the color from your monitor probably won’t improve gaming... of course, you could get some of those “blue blocking” clear glasses I’m sure were at the spam link that block some UV and use that to scam people into thinking they can block blue light without affecting the color of objects at all.
