Well, unless you deposit that $81, in which case they can loan out an additional $72.9, bringing us up to $243.9.

Wow, there was only $100 to start with, the $90 was created from thin air. Now they are loaning money on money that did not exist before they created it, hence the ability to loan more than their deposits.
Certainly they are creating money from thin air. That's not a problem. And their deposit is always more than their loan. You've yet to show otherwise.

Sure it is, the first users of new money have an advantage over the last users of said money once it is circulated in the economy and has lost its value.

WTF are you talking about? You wouldn't be able to tell "new money" from any other money if you tried. How has it "lost its value"?

If the average inflation is 3% and you finally get to use that new money at the end of the year, you have lost 3% of your labor which you exchanged for currency which lost its value.

If there are 100 eggs in the world and 100 units of currency (UC)..

If I as an elite create an additional 100UC at the beginning of the year I can purchase all the eggs today and sell them each for 2UC tomorrow.

Your days labor just lost half its value.

You are not understanding at all.

The bank has $100 of deposits, it loans me $90. Now the bank still has the $100 of deposits and a debit asset of $90. That $90 is deposited in my account. Now the bank has $190 in deposits from which to loan. Now they can loan out $171 which is more than the $100 they had in deposits just a moment before.
This is just plain wrong. The $90 I just borrowed does not go into my account at the bank. I goes into my pocket and stays there until I spend it on candy. That, after all, is what I took out the damned loan for in the first place.

Then you my friend are doing the wrong thing with borrowed money.

Still, once that new money is paid to the candy seller it has lost value; there is more money and the same amount of real tangible assets in the economy(new money), then that money has to go to a vendor which pays his electric bill, well, eventually it goes into the pocket of a wage earner. By that time the value of the new currency has decreased the value of all currency at the same rate at which the new currency was introduced into the economy.

'New' money? All money is indistinguishable! And money loses its value when circulated now?

Also, you've yet to provide an example of how a bank lends out more money than is deposited.

Yes, that's one cause of inflation. That's why wages typically increase. But that's not circulation, that's creation, and it's not necessarily a problem to an economy.

Meanwhile, you've yet to show where the bank lends more money than it has in deposits. In fact, you're ignoring that part of our conversation (such as it is).

If I create a trillion dollars today, that trillion dollars has the same purchasing power as the dollars previously in existence. Once I use that trillion dollars to purchase tangible property that trillion dollars has been added to the economy and all dollars have lost value.

I get more tangible assets if I use the money first. Once the dollars have been introduced into the economy the value of all dollars has been reduced, they buy less tangible property than before the introduction of the new money.

This is why there needs to be a competency test for voting.

Voter Competency Test
Y / N America was founded as a Christian Nation.
Y / N The President need not answer to Congress or the Judiciary regarding National Security Issues.
Y / N Our military keeps us safe from terrorists.
Y / N Foreigners take our jobs and hate our freedoms.
....>three more pages<...
Y / N Traditional marriage is an American value.
Y / N Real Americans support their leaders and what their nation does no matter what.
Y / N Facts about how many members of Congress there are don't really reflect on how well a citizen can make an informed decision regarding a candidate's policy position or voting record.
Y / N Barriers to voting, like literacy tests and arduous application processes have been historically used to disenfranchise minorities.
Y / N People who know nearly nothing about the political process, the candidates, or the policy issues sure are a large proportion of the citizens in the US who actually bother to vote. They drop their massive disinterest for one day to go vote on things they never think about. There is no way they are the citizens who don't turn out for elections.
