I like the banner a lot. Your background blue looks a wee bit familiar, if ya know what I'm saying. ;) I like the vertical striping in the border; I don't know if it's a resolution thing or what, but I can't really tell what's going on with those black thingies right inside the border. They look kind of uneven and unintentional: like barcodes gone horribly wrong.

It's looking good though, Josh. Knowing you, it'll be done in two days. :)

The little thing at the top looks like a spawning Nike sign.

"Redefining Innovation" sounds like a tacky furniture ad.

You're got way too many borders going on. I don't know what kind of look you were going for, but it looks like you're trying way too hard. You should only really have 2 or 3 borders at the maximum, and certainly not that combination you have there, if you're going to use modern ones on the buttons. It'd probably be a better idea to use the style you used for the buttons to create a frame around the information in the middle, with just the cloud background at the sides and top, and scrap the side borders completely.

Using one kind of stripe-effect on the top and another kind on another angle on the border isn't good either. Keep the pattern consistant and all at the same angle and it would look much better.

*shrugs* These are just my opinions of course. But yeah, lose the borders. Especially the navy stripey one.

I like it, but what I don't like is the limitted width. I appreciate the auto enlarge mouse icon, but I don't wanna enlarge, I just want it to be the right size.

Figure that everyone is using 1024x768 resolution or higher and just design for that.

Other than that I think it looks slick.

Oh, forgive me for not noticing the picture extension. I though you were asking for comments on your site, not your image.

i took out the diagonal stripes in the side panels, adjusted the levels of the header image, redid the content tables, redid the logo, and thought up a new slogan: "You devise, we create."

i had an idea, to make the header image change each time you refresh/view the page... and what i had thought of was to have each header image reflect a design i've previously done... so, first one, freethought: http://www.podesign.co.uk/nvexio_freethought.jpg
