Not to hate on F. Murray Abraham and Tom Hulce (okay in truth I kind of hate Hulce), but Jesus Christ why wasn't this team cast in the movie?

F Murray Abraham did a spectacular job. Hulce...that laugh. But yeah that cast. There was a good "Making of..." movie somewhere. Let me see if I can find it. I think they go over casting choices in it.
