I wish people could wrap their heads around things. Like, an idea is not an action waiting to happen, neccesarily.

While I have some concern over issues like pedophilia, having been a victim of sexual abuse myself by someone "beyond reproach", in the big picture it seems absolutely ridiculous to me that a person would quit a whole community for being offended. It usually takes me at least a year of being offended to shut up and go home.
