That's great!
They missed an opportunity though to make the battery icon at 3%.

I have a Blank Forces Titanium EDC pen. Originally intended as a Father's Day gift for my Dad, but he died before it was done being made. One of the last conversations I had with him was customizing this.

His wife gave it back to me when it arrived. I like this pen a lot, and I was using it today and thought, "Hey, I wonder what it looks like under the microscope?"

So, first off, playing around with the 100mm macro lens I bought...

Then, onto the microscope...

More pen pics:

This is the cap slightly twisted open... one of the features of these pens are the nearly seamless look when the pen is completely closed.

M3D made a splash on the 3D printer market for Kickstarting a cheap, small 3D printer at a consumer price. I bought into the hype, but the results are mixed. I mean, I can sometimes get it to work well, especially if the print is small, but the quality is inconsistent. The best I've gotten from it are the microscope photos of the mistakes.

I mean, I knew it was a cheap 3D printer, so I expected it to be difficult, so I don't feel like I was robbed. It was an OK entry-level 3D printer. However, I haven't used it much recently, partly due to the fact that I get such inconsistent results.

Well, I'm falling for the M3D hype again. They just announced a new 3D printer form, and it's got the features I'd want in a 3D printer, but with a twist! You can get it with a 1, 2, or 4 filament head, and the preorder price is under $350-550.

I bought a dual head model.
