Fusilli with a sauce of butternut squash, onions, tomatoes, rosemary, garlic, parsley, chicken broth and white wine. It was seriously tasty and very colorful.
I love orange and red food.

I had a turkey sandwich with Foy's on white bread. Don't know what RA will have, probably turkey dinner.
Dessert will be birthday cake!

Re: What's for Dinner?
I really want boneless buffalo wings from Chilis, but I've got laundry still going, and will for a few hours more.
So, probably popcorn. Which I'll dip in mustard, 'cuz it's yummy.

Re: What's for Dinner?
Dinner tonight is nothing too spectacular, I took some homemade spaghetti sauce out of the freezer and we are having it on some penne....
BUT... and this is a big but... OMG I served a delicious appetizer
Clockwise from the top
A ramekin of nuts, seeds and dried fruit, 3 Year Old White Cheddar, Lean Turkey Kielbasa, Sweet Bread & Butter pickles, creamy goat cheese with marinated roasted red peppers, ribbons of prosciutto, fine herb pate & assorted biscuits.

One of my aunts had a huge collection of Desert Rose.
Every time I see that pattern, I smile.

We had stuffed peppers to use up some of the wild/brown rice medley from Thanksgiving. And leftover collard greens.
And I had 3 desserts. Help!
