South Carolina man shoots a teenager sitting in his car minding his own business. He gets off because some other people had been threatening earlier so he was standing his ground.

According to an arrest report released late Monday, [Samantha] Schibe called police after she and Zimmerman got into a "verbal dispute," at her home on Topfield Court in western Seminole County. She asked Zimmerman to leave, and he "began packing his items, which included a Shotgun and a AR Assault Rifle," the report said.
When Scheibe told Zimmerman that she was calling the police, he pointed the shotgun at her "and asked her if she really wanted to do that," according to the report.

I think they should add a charge of making a false 911 call since the police were already on the scene and he was not being threatened. The 911 system is not the proper venue for telling your side of the story. That is what court rooms are for.

On the plus side, he is apparently no longer allowed to have a gun.

The news that Zimmerman had been arrested again isn’t surprising. It’s just a matter of time before the entitled gun nut and wannabe cop hurts someone else. Just since his release from jail in July, he’s been stopped by law enforcement for speeding at least three times, and police have been called to his home by his estranged wife, who said he threatened her with a gun (she refused to press charges). He also toured the factory that produced the weapon he used to kill Martin. Zimmerman is not now and never was a mild-mannered guy who was at the wrong place at the wrong time and reluctantly killed a young thug who attacked him in self-defense; he is himself a thug with an anger problem looking for trouble.
Every time I think this guy can't be more of a scumbag, I'm proven wrong.

i searched for marissa alexander to see if there were threads related to the buggering she is getting from the "law" but this zimmerman thread came up and i figure since zimmerman's name is mentioned in the article ( only because marissa alexander is getting shafted by the same POS Florida State Attorney Angela Corey that let that POS zimmerman murder without penalty) this link might fit here...
Recently, Corey's office filed a motion to re-incarcerate Alexander citing that she has broken her home detention regulations by shopping and running errands.
“She continues to demonstrate her utter disregard for conforming her behavior to the rules of others (including other defendants granted bond by the courts) must abide by,” the motion filed by Assistant State Attorney Richard Mantei read.
Except Alexander's lawyer Bruce Zimet says she hasn't.
“Unfortunately, the State of Florida, knowing that [her corrections officer] had authorized and given Marissa Alexander permission for each of the trips and stops alleged by the State to be willful violations of Marissa Alexander’s bond, failed to include those exonerative facts in its application to this Court,” attorney Bruce Zimet wrote in his motion.
“No justification supports the state’s failure to include in its motion to modify and revoke bond the fact that every activity alleged to be a violation of bond had been approved by the agency charged with the responsibility of supervising Marissa Alexander’s bond,” Zimet added. “Obviously, including those omitted facts would expose the frivolity of the state’s motion.”

In yet another horrific injustice, a judge has dismissed Zimmerman's defamation lawsuit against NBC. Prosecuted for lawfully defending himself, harassed for exercising his God-given right to point shotguns at people, and now this.

George Zimmerman has no job, no home, no income but spends $100 a month on vacations and $200 a month on psychological counseling, according to a financial affidavit he recently filed in his divorce case.
Zimmerman, 30, is the former Neighborhood Watch volunteer acquitted last year of murdering Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black 17-year-old.
Immediately after the shooting – Feb. 26, 2012 – he quit his job and went into hiding with his wife, Shellie, but two months after his acquittal, she filed for divorce, saying he had taken to the road and would not tell her where he was and what he was doing.
As part of the divorce case, Zimmerman filed a financial affidavit last week, spelling out his income, assets and debts.
He listed his total assets at $14,000 – most of that is his 2008 Honda pickup. His debts total $2.5 million, most of that is money he owes criminal defense attorneys Mark O’Mara and Don West.
According to his paperwork, Zimmerman has no job, pays nothing for rent or a mortgage and has no health insurance.
He spends $350 a month for medical care plus $200 a month for psychological, psychiatric or mental health counseling.
He also spends $100 a month on vacations, he wrote.
Zimmerman’s legal defense fund, which raised more than $400,000, now has a balance of $300, according to the affidavit.
It is not clear what happened to any money he earned from the sale of a painting on eBay in December. The winning bid was $100,000. There is no mention of it in his affidavit.
His banking account has $650, he reported.
