I am referring to panicking, overreacting, and generally spazzing out when being voted for.

I think, based on context (and do correct me if I am wrong), that you are referring to a general casting about of votes, since we have no real info. Yes?

Fair points, all, but I get more than a general "I don't want to get lynched on day one regardless of my role" vibe to it.

Those reasons are weak. An OMGUS vote is a scum tell? Since when? Adam explained his reason for jumping on the "bandwagon" (to see Dl's reaction, which has been incredibly enlightening, imo). Kael's was only the 2nd vote. Don't scum usually wait until several townies are on board and then come down with the hammer? With only two votes left to lynch, why haven't they? Why the vote for Kael? Why no mention of Gonzo? It's all incredibly fishy, imo.

Okay, my OMG was all lighthearted as was my "revenge vote scum tell". I mean, does that even exist? It's day one, no one is doing anything, I'm just fucking around waiting for someone to do something suspicious. Looks like my fucking around has FoSed me instead.

I picked Kael because he voted for me because I didn't have a good reason to vote for ES. This early in the game no one has a reason to vote for anyone. IMO jumping that soon was suspicious. As was Adam jumping immediately after, but Adam is an experienced player, I don't think Kael is. Anyway, I'm town (yup, I'd say the same if I was scum) and me being alive is way better than me being dead. Especially if I get lynched. That'd suck.

Still not making a lot of sense to me. You voted for Kael for suspiciously "jumping so soon" (scare quotes because he was still only the second vote on you), but then acknowledge that he may be inexperienced. Is that not contradictory?
