IIRC, philosopher Pierre-Joseph Proudhon proposed income taxes whilst condemning property as theft.

So...evidently, not ALL philosophers agree.

Philosopher who is paid by the state claims taking state money is stealing and supports anarcho capitalism. Ok sure, you first!
He also thinks Ayn Rand is a hack, so maybe he's not all bad!
