Hey Chris. I'm working with very little since you claimed "grey" in the sign-up thread. Quite frankly that makes me equally suspicious but I am likewise willing to hold off on voting you so long as we can agree on the use of "greys" and/or shades of blue (preferably cerullean or prussian) as an alternative.

I am only trying to help those with the inclination to add other pure saturated primary colors to thier ensembles thus looking like Punky Brewster or some walking 'fauve' painting.

Mind you, I said "I'll be grey" in the hopes this mafia would allow self choice on colors, grey being my favorite, calming "color", but alas, this was not the case. Grey goes with everything. ALL cats are grey at night. It seemed a humorous choice at the time, but now I see that it could have led others astray, perhaps doubting that I recognized it was important that I be honest.

Blues are OK, I'm painting my bathroom in cerulean.

I saw bey's post before you actually posted and it didn't have 'like a cult member' in it when I saw it.

And I'm concerned with colors this next few weeks, IRL, since I'm painting my house. Today, we are painting my sister's room, a light blue and white. And the kitchen will be yellow, and the office grey and the bathroom blue, and my bedroom green. So there, there is not one bit of "sekret msgs" to anyone in that, and I will be providing proof in the form of "Hey, look at this room I just painted. Isn't it gorgeous?" photos.

Is there any point in implying secret messages other than to create suspicion? I know it would look that way, but surely only a cult - killing scum would want to point that out. Mind you, I could be wrong. I needed information from Contrapposto on his incredible ill-advice of black and brown with yellow, and having gotten it, showed I agreed with his further explanation, and to create comity, said I liked blue. I do like blue, just like you do.

Not necessarily. Scum, or indies, might have reason to pass messages, and it might be in our best interest to discover them.

Oh, also, here's a heads up. I like to joke around and screw around and have fun. I use smilies and sarcasm and all kinds of goodies, because at the :ff:

we are about having fun with these games. I'm not about to start walking on eggshells because someone thinks my goofiness is "creating discord."

If the objective isn't to stop this terrible homicide of cultists, what would it be?

Now I'm depressed. I've only read mafia threads where it's the townies versus the bad guys, and townies have to stick together and avoid discord while discovering the bad guys. I want to stop these murders. If this isn't the objective, I'm probably starting my mafia game career in the wrong game.
