I always hope these people suffer greatly but live to give talks at schools about why you shouldn't try to fiddle a loaded gun, while the students mill about ready to chamber a round in case terrorists attack the school. Cause terrorists are way more dangerous than kids with guns.

That it's not a completely uncommon occurrence is another issue.
These things aren't actually toys guys, handing them loaded to children should be taken about as seriously as handing a child a running chainsaw who's throttle "occasionally sticks."

Indeed. Said denouncement does suggest it's not where you're carrying firearms that determines whether you constitute a threat or not. It's how you look while carrying said firearms.
