Um, one also has to rember that yesterday was April 15th for all us procrastinating Merkins, we were hustlin' to file our dreaded taxes.

I've never understood that waiting until April 15th business, but then I've always been itching to get my hands on whatever refund money I had coming as soon as possible. I filed my taxes religiously every year from age 16 until a few years ago, but haven't filed since the last time I had a real job (2000/2001)... I hope I don't owe anything.

I found that they really didn't care a whole hella lot if I filed on April 17th when I was getting lots of $$$ back in refund.

Since I'm still sickie and away from work, I'll probably join you. But I gotta have some lunch first.

Yeah, I told him not to worry about it. With our 11K we made last year, I don't think we are really big fish in the IRS sea. But he insisted we apply. That is so not like him, especially since I'm the one with something to lose. :shrug:
